slot	any slot number 1 to 5
profileActInfo	See uim_UIMProfileCode for more information.
pProfileConfInfo	(Optional) See uim_UIMProfileCode for more information.
pUserConsent	(Optional) 0: User consent not supported 1: User consent supported

Note

Using NULL for the pointers would make sure that the parameter is not added to the request.
